Physical Therapy Session

Active Rehabilitation

Kinesiology is the study of human movement and biomechanics of the body. Kinesiologists are exercise therapy specialists that help maintain the health and well-being of the musculoskeletal system through prescribed exercise programs. They play a fundamental role in the prevention and management of acute or long-term pain, as well as overall physical performance.

Our Kinesiologists offer an intensive one-on-one program of core stability, strengthening, and stretching to assist in optimal recovery following diverse conditions such as motor vehicle accidents (ICBC), treating conditions like whiplash, concussions and post-surgical rehab.
